We can accept the Bankers’ Automated Clearing Services (BACS) payment transfers, cheques and credit/debit cards (no surcharges)

Do you have a minimum spend?

A minimum spend may be applied to bookings at certain times of the year. In the first instance contact us with your requirements. Some items such as the wedding aisle runners are only available with chair cover bookings.

Can I collect?

Certain items are available for collection if that is requested; candelabras will always be delivered and collected as part of the hire. This is to minimise the risk of any damage and avoid us to need to use the deposit – hereby saving you money! The larger freestanding candelabras need to be assembled and we will carry this out and disassemble them when the booking is completed

Can you send a VAT invoice?

Yes Pollen are registered for VAT. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Can I add Pollen® freeze-dried rose petals to my order?

Yes, exclusively to Pollen4Hire. We can offer discounts for larger orders and you can have them delivered with your hired items.

Can I add printed personalised ribbon with our company logo on?

Yes we can include that in your hire quote and send out free samples prior to the event. The printed ribbon is ideal for tying round napkins to promote the company brand or to include a special unique message and we can supply this in advance of the event date, for your prior approval.

What if my event is cancelled?

In those circumstances we will retain the deposit – please read our full terms and conditions on this website.. We advise you to take out the relevant insurance cover.

What if an item is damaged?

We will charge for the item , please see our terms and conditions. We advise you to take out the relevant insurance cover.

What if the venue is a listed building?

We advise you in all circumstances to check with your venue what they will accept; some venues will not allow any naked flames. Some venues will not allow tea light holders where the flame is exposed for health and safety reasons. It is wise to check to avoid any potential disappointment. You can use our flameless candles for candelabras and tea lights at no extra charge.
